The DX people right now have evolve into something we never imagined would happen. Besides, life is full of unexpected situations. We have to deal with it and face everything…with courage and confidence. Whatever happened to the great friendship we used to think would last forever…well, we are still here, apart from each other but still have the memories and the bond we created. I wish, someday we will be together again and laugh like we used to do before.
Kennith, oh well, she graduated last this month from her course. We wish her all the luck in the world. She has been a loyal friend and someone we can trust. She stands beside us no matter what happen. But we know she has to live her life and find her happiness somewhere else. And we know, she’s happy being once part of the DX and now a stronger person to love and be loved.
Cheaster, what can we say to him? He’s always been and will always be one true DX by heart. Even in our busiest times and conflict, Cheaster never lose the faith to his friends, to the essence of being a true DX. He’s always thinking how to gather his friends and taught them how to smile again. He’s willing to sacrifice to save the friendship, to keep the torch of closeness burning and appreciate each other. Whoever needs help and advice, he never let his friends down. I guess, Cheaster’s strength lies in his character become the inspiration of other people in the group to forget about life’s woes and live by the day.
Charo has always been busy and hectic. He’s a career-oriented person. Also a supportive friend but when it comes to loyalty, he’s very idealistic. Mistake is something to be corrected and change. His ideals make him a better person and also a driving force of our friends to go on with life. Lately, he’s been apart from us but we know he’s coming back and will always be a loyal friend we can count on. Our only wish for him is that he will succeed in his aspirations and future plans.
Stephen, well, he’s a very unpredictable person in the group. But he is loyal and supportive, too. Whenever someone needs company, he’s willing to be with them. We can’t forget his jokes and nasty comments about other people. He’s very humorous and funny in real sense. Though he’s still seeking balance in his life, still he’s someone who recognizes his past and old friends. We know that he decided to take a risky path and different way lately, but Stephen knows what he wants and what makes him happy. We know he will be happy. Though he made a decision that contradicts to his ideals before but we understand him. He wanted to survive, to be loved (the way we can’t love him) and find the answer for his confusion. We wish you all the best in life… Xander, hehe!
Riches have been coping up with the pressures around him. He has great dreams and plans. He shares good memories with all of us. Whatever he does, he wanted all his friends to be a part of it. We know it. We love him for his loyalties and childish mentality. But he is fun to be with and a great person deep inside. He knows all of our weakness, what makes us cry, what makes us happy and even our darkest fears. Riches is intangible like the mutant Shadowcat of X-men. We can;t touch him but we always feel his presence. Whatever comes his way he will never forget us, where he started to know the real meaning of friendship and how does it feel to love even with bruises in his heart.
Ivher has been a good friend too. He love the idea of being bonded with the people he trusted most-his DX friends. He has great plans for his future too and someone who share his happiness to his friends. Well, we wish him all the luck in his career and future. Though we haven’t seen each other lately, we know he will always come back to where he understood the value of having great and true friends…the DX.
Jeff, he’s a good person. Whatever happened lately between him and our other friends, it’s beyond comprehension. What we understand about him is that Jeff is a good person deep inside. We hope he will come back and learn to laugh again with us. We know he is happy for his career now and made changes in his life. But everything has a reason. We know he will learn many things in the years to come and when that day comes…we will embrace him like we used to do before.
Robert, they say, he shouldn’t be a part of the group. But I guess, he’s a part of the DX. Though we’ve been close to him for such a short time, Robert has been a loyal friend and what was done is done…he is a part of us. We laugh together and shared great memories long ago. But if feels it happen just the other day. Now, he’s facing the challenge of being a young dad. We wish him all the best in life.

, what can I say about myself? Nothing for now (though there are lots of things happening in my life). I used to fear losing my friends but they will never leave me as long as I have the precious memories of our friendship in my mind. I used to hate the piranhas and the inconsiderate people who misjudge us. But these are things happening for a reason to make us stronger and closer to each other. I used to fear a pathetic mentality that we need to enjoy the day when my friends (DX) are still at each others arms before the day is over (the same losing them). But I realize that I am living a stupid life of pretension. After I cried and experience the failures of life, my friends are still there for me even if they are far away from me… they will always love me as the firebird who never cease to rise from the ashes no matter how many miseries comes my way. Thank you Kennith, Cheaster (2tay), Charo, Stephen, Riches, Jeff, Ivher, Robert…even Jason and Jaysoni…and now William (!?)…for coming in my life. It was a great ride of life…our Destiny will always have X in the end.
